ONE AMAZING BROKER! I am a NC Broker and have been in the residential brokerage business for 30 years and I can honestly say I have never worked with anyone more thorough and pleasant. He is very busy helping seniors but makes you feel like his only client. We are under contract in Latitude and he still calls me daily. You MUST call David today if you are looking for a retirement home in the Hilton Head area.

Because of David’s knowledge and personality, I’m going to be the owner of a new Villa to be completed next summer. This was my first visit to Hilton Head and I just planned look around to see if I even liked the area. It didn’t take long for me to realize that this was the place for me. David took the time to show me around the area and made sure all my questions were answered. He’s the best and I would recommend him to anyone who is considering purchasing a home in area.

My first communicate with David was when we were considering looking at Margaritaville in South Carolina. He was so helpful and gave us lots of information as to the community and surrounding areas. We visited Margaritaville/Latitudes with David Cross and was quite enthused with both the complex & working with David. In addition, to showing us all the model homes, amenities and timeline options he
answered all our questions.
His patience with allowing us time to meet and talk with current residents was very much appreciated. We’re pleased with David’s capacity to show us all the real estate in the area but was specifically impressed after seeing how thrilled he was at being able to send pictures to another client showing construction began ahead of schedule.
David’s genuine joy @ sharing such good news showed us just how committed he is to his clients.

This is a review for David Cross while visiting Latitude Margaretville in Hilton Head Area:
From the beginning David got on time, very prepared and gave us an overview of the area and our questions and concerns. From that point on all we experienced with David was absolutely awesome, he knows the area very well, the properties, he was very prompt to help us with questions and if he did not know the response he went immediately to look for it.
He got a very good eye to see what is that you like and reads your emotions very well. We Highly recommend David to anybody looking in this area, you will not be disappointed. On top of that he is very funny, compassionate and knows the business very well.
We will continue to use him as our realtor in this area if we decide to purchase in South Carolina.

My family and I visited Margaritaville in South Carolina on July 19th this year. We walked the premises with David Cross, and independent realtor with Coastal Investment Network. Before touring we had a pretty good understanding of the community as David frequently reached out to us , and kept us informed via phone and e-mail.
As we are in pursuit of a second home we also made sure to look over, and visit other available options. Everything came into perspective after a lengthy due process with David. For us, Margaritaville, aside of being a brand new development with a concept of the times, it has everything necessary to live an active social, and healthy lifestyle but most of all, it offers a big bang for the money.
We will soon begin arrangements to purchase one of their beautiful villas. A special thanks to David for his time and genuine drive to help buyers find what most fits their budget and desires.

I feel very fortunate to have found David. His knowledge of the area is unparalleled. His enthusiasm for the area is immense. His dedication to providing me with a thorough feel for the communities and the area as a whole was invaluable. Not only that, David was truly a genuinely nice person with whom I enjoyed working.
David contacted me very quickly after I requested information. He listened to my wants and needs and provided all that I needed and then some for my upcoming visit to Bluffton and Hilton Head.
Furthermore, once I was there and we started looking into the different communities, David was very responsive to my reactions and requests, amending our itinerary as needed.

We worked with David while touring the Latitude Margaritaville in Hardeeville, SC. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were extremely satisfied with the knowledge and guidance that David provided. David responded in a timely manner to both our phone calls and emails, which was very important to us and reinforced our belief that he was the right realtor for us.

After placing an inquiry regarding over 55 communities in the Hilton Head area, I was immediately contacted by David Cross. He provided great information via email and we discussed our specific interests in the over 55 concept via phone. Since the initial contact, David has provided valuable updates and we've further discussed our likes, dislikes, preferences, and concerns with various over 55 communities. We made a trip to the Charleston and Hilton Head areas with very short notice and David was prompt to arrange appointments with the agents representing the community developers.
